The unique aspect of the Fun House New York was that it offered both similarities and differences compared to Studio 54. While at Studio 54, entry was selective, The Funhouse had its own vibe. There was always a line of people waiting to get in, but inside... that’s where the magic happened. The music was eclectic, and dancers were experimenting with a variety of styles, featuring Kick dancers, Hustlers, Breakers, Poppers, Webo, and Freestyle dancers across a vast 28,000 sq ft space.
